1:1 TRAINING / GROUP TRAINING & ONLINE TRAINING
Upon enrolment of your Training Course, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions below.
There are two sections to this policy. Section 1 relates to the cancellation of the student’s training course, not including any Online Courses, within the 48-hour cooling off period. Section 2 covers cancellation of the students training course outside the 48-hour cooling off period.
Under the terms and conditions of this agreement, the student completing the training course is subject to a 48-hour cooling off period starting from the time of initial booking fee/deposit payment and may terminate the enrolment. This is not including any Online Training Courses available due to the course being an immediate enrolment and start. Mrs.BeautyBar will refund any fees paid within twenty-one (21) days of receiving written notification of cancellation in the cooling off period.
Cancellation of the training course enrolment outside the 48-hour cooling off period.
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is paid at registration or upon enrolment.
The remaining balance is to be settled in full prior to or on the day of the student’s first training/course day.
- Training course/s cancelled later than 10 days prior to the first day of the student’s training course will be charged 50% of the tuition fee.
- Training course/s cancelled 48-hours prior to the first day of the students training course will be charged 100% of the tuition fee.
1. Once training course has commenced, you are committed to the full paid amount of the tuition fee in full, even if deciding to not continue or complete the training course, for various reasons.
Termination by Mrs.BeautyBar:
Mrs.BeautyBar reserves the right to terminate this enrolment agreement under the following conditions:
- Failure to abide for any of the criteria listed in the regulations or
- Action upon a complaint by either Mrs.BeautyBar employees or educators or
- Mrs.BeautyBar reserves the right to cancel an enrolment or cancel training if the educator deems the situation as unsafe, threatening and poses a risk to the educator and students health, safety and well being.
- Mrs.Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel an enrolment at its discretion.
- COVID-19 Sick Notice -
If a student is not feeling well, or is sick prior / during the training course, the student is required to notify the educator immediately.
We are accommodating as best we can however if due to the circumstances and we are unable to continue operating as per normal we will reschedule students enrolment dates; Those that are unable to reschedule will still receive their kit and credit towards future services and/or training such as (Online Training Courses available).
Online Training Course/s: Cancellation and Refund Policies apply to the Online Training Course by Mrs.BeautyBar
Online Training Course/s: If purchased via Credit Card, PayPal BNPL options such as but not limited to “AfterPay, ZipPay, ZipMoney, Splitit, Payright etc”, payments made are non-refundable as it is an immediate enrolment and instant access to the course. If purchased via Month to Month option via Stripe payments are to be made on time or incur a $10.00 late fee. Month to Month Instalments via Online Training Course are to be paid in full prior to receiving a certificate of completion and graduating the course. There is no cool down period for any Online Course as the student has access to the course itself until completion of the course
Month to Month instalments: Stripe Payments via month to month instalments are to be paid on time each month from initial instalment. If payment is not made, the payee will incur a late fee of $10.00. If the payment is declined 3 times, enrolment is then cancelled.
Buy Now Pay Later: All BNPL Options are held by a third party, all enquires and applications go through these third parties. Mrs.BeautyBar is not accountable or liable for any issues relating to these BNPL options.
Deposits/Booking Fee: This Section relates to the deposit/booking fee settled of the student’s training course.
All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposit is also known as a Booking Fee and is a part payment of the full amount of the tuition fee.
The Booking Fee is to confirm the date/time of the student’s training position in the academy. This fee also covers the costs of the Professional Kit, Training Supplies and organisation and preparation prior to the student’s training course which takes a considerable amount of production.
We understand life is busy and unforeseen circumstances can happen. In result, the student may not be able to make it to one or any of the training dates. In the event of this happening the student may need to reschedule, we appreciate that the student provides a 24-hour notice prior to reschedule or give the chance for the date/day to be filled by another client or student. This is simply a considerate act, booking fee/deposit is still non-refundable; any cancellations/reschedules within 24-hours incur a fee. This is to minimise last minute cancellations and minimise no shows as a growing business.
We do not refund due to "change of mind".
Invoice: All invoices created have a 24 to 48-hour period to be settled until the invoice is cancelled. Once cancelled, the training dates given will then become available to other potential students. There is an added 10% GST fee to all invoices created.
Guests: There is a no guest allowed policy as there is limited space. No children Allowed.
AfterPay/ZipPay/ZipMoney: . Must have Barcode ready upon arrival.
Age Requirement: Mrs.BeautyBar has a strict minimum age restriction of 16 years old for students.
Sick Notice: This Section relates to any student enrolled and completing the training course.
- Unfortunate circumstances happen such as being sick, a 24-hour notice is required to notify Mrs.BeautyBar, cancellation policy is strict.
- Mrs.BeautyBar educator/s reserve the right to cancel and reschedule training dates if the student is unwell or ill.
Models for Students: This Section relates to student’s booking clients/models for practical exams.
- Mrs.BeautyBar reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons that arrive on the premises unwell, intoxicated, disorientated or under the influence of substances any kind.
- All models for students under the supervision of Mrs.BeautyBar must arrive on time and confirm that trainees may take up to 2.5hrs or longer and are required to not rush the student.
- All models must pay in CASH only.
- All models must sign consent forms for liability and insurance reasons and agree to photos being taken for training purposes.
- All models confirm that the retention of lash extensions may not last as long due to trainee practice, any mistakes made the educator must fix at the time of appointment, if however the model reaches 72 hours or longer and experiences discomfort, Mrs.BeautyBar is released from all liability .
As a condition of enrolment, I agree to be bound by Mrs.BeautyBar’s Academy of Beauty’s regulations. I agree that Mrs.BeautyBar’s Academy of Beauty or any successors, assigns and parties related in any way (‘Mrs.BeautyBar’) on the condition that Mrs.BeautyBar will not be responsible for (and I grant Mrs.BeautyBar an Indemnity in respect to) any claim for personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever which may occur as a result of any act or an omission of Mrs.BeautyBar and, or my attendance at a Mrs.BeautyBar premises.
The Information Collected: All information collected will not be disclosed in any way and is strictly for booking use. Any credit card information collected will also not be disclosed with any third party other than the third parties involved with our business such as: website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
In accordance to GDPR : a. processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals; b. collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes; c. adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; d. accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay; e. kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; and f. processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
General Provisions: a. This policy applies to all personal data processed by Mrs.BeautyBar b. The Responsible Person shall take responsibility for the Mrs.BeautyBar's ongoing compliance with this policy. c. This policy shall be reviewed at least annually.
Lawful, Fair and Transparent Processing: a. To ensure its processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent, the we shall maintain a Record of Systems. b. The Record of Systems shall be reviewed at least annually. c. Individuals have the right to access their identifiable personal data and any such requests made to the Mrs.BeautyBar shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
Lawful Purpose: a. All data processed by the charity must be done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests b. Where consent is relied upon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of opt-in consent shall be kept with the personal data. c. Where communications are sent to individuals based on their consent, the option for the individual to revoke their consent should be clearly available and systems should be in place to ensure such revocation is reflected accurately in our systems.
Data Minimisation: a. Mrs.BeautyBar shall ensure that personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Security: a. Mrs.BeautyBar shall ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. b. Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. c. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. d. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions shall be in place. In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, Mrs.BeautyBar promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach.
