I started designing my manual and had to stop in and say how grateful I am that I actually enrolled to this training because I did not realise how many lessons and topics I should be going over. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and super thankful! The templates are great and super easy to use. It really helps get you off your feet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i did find it easier on iPad or computer. But you can work from your phone Love Tara

I’ve learnt so much after completing this course. I didn’t realise there were so many ways to teach students that learn different, there was definitely so much to add to my training I wouldn’t have added if I didn’t complete this course. Highly recommend anyone that is thinking about training or that are training and need to up their game

Very happy with this course it taught me how to create my Own curriculum in a way. Had great templates to use and as soon as I was certified to train others I had students lining up I was definitely nervous to start but I felt organised after completing my training. This course definitely helped me up my game with being an educator! Highly recommend if your wanting to become a lash trainer. I completed a different online lash trainer course prior to this one and I’m so glad I found this course. It had so many templates for me to use and made me understand my students a lot better. Straight into teaching and I’m loving every second of it !

Just finished my training to become a lash educator and couldn’t be any more pleased with the course by Kira Kollective. Great course! And there 100% of the way if i needed but it was such an easy course and covered a lot. Amazing templates to use to help create my own manuals and lesson plans for my training. Can’t wait to start taking on students. I definitely feel confident in teaching now! It definitely helped using a computer though!

I loved doing the online educators course, it built my confidence to start training students to become lash technicians and every assessment I sent in was marked so quickly. I had a lot of fun with the assessments from the lesson plans to creating the lash training manual. I recomennd completing this course if you want to become a Trainer in Lash Extensions.

Amazing Course! If you are looking at becoming a Lash Trainer/Educator I highly recommend this course before you even educate others! Completing this course helped me structure and plan properly and helped me build a great training manual. I learnt so so much.
